Welcome to the bit about me and the real estate market I work in.

The area from Oxley to Chelmer has some very valuable and sort after real estate. The people that live in these suburbs love the area and often move within the area when buying and selling.

I have lived locally for 10 years now and love selling homes in this area as I find the buyers and sellers are up to date and really interested in the real estate market, they often know more of a homes history than I do as they have probably grown up here.

My two boys have gone to the local schools and played sport in local teams and found the railway line was a great advantage as they got older and didn’t have to rely on mum for transport.

We live in an area full of parks and lovely homes, great shops and quiet streets (most of us) and whilst there have been changes we still have a great lifestyle.

My clients have always commented on my communication levels when dealing with them and so for me this website is my way of enhancing that communication with past and future clients.
